Josh The Person
Besides being the nerdy Excel guy, I do other stuff, too:
College Hoops Fan – I’m a college basketball fanatic, go IU! As in Indiana University Hoosiers. I really like what Mike Woodson has done with the program and am hopeful that he’ll hang us some more banners.
Plays Sports – I love to play basketball–when my knees cooperate. In a pinch, I’ll take volleyball, any ball with a sport, really, or even cornhole.
Philadelphia Resident – I live in the Center City area of Philadelphia. Fun fact: Most cities have a downtown, but Philadelphia instead has Center City.
Train Travel Enthusiast – I love train travel. My longest trip to date was a 30-hour trip from Chicago to San Antonio in a sleeper car. Meals and hot showers included!
Live Music Fan – COVID-19 quarantines really increased my appreciation for live music. Since then, I’ve been lucky enough to see Billy Strings seven times, Molly Tuttle twice, and as of this writing, I am looking forward to seeing The Dead South. One of my favorite music venues is the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY. Still haven’t made it to Red Rocks, but it’s on the list!
Nerdy Games – I enjoy, despite often not being very good at, nerdy strategy games such as Scrabble, Hearts, Spades, Carcassonne, Connect 4, poker…
Many Siblings – I am the oldest of six and am lucky enough to have over a dozen nieces and nephews. As of now, I’m single with no kids, but who knows what the future may hold.
